They make multiple mistakes and do not try to make up for it. they also stole my battery that I bought from battery warehouse when they were fixing my phone and claimed they couldn't find it. Told me they ordered my phone and never did it. Guy that was supposed to fix my phone failed multiple times. Customer service there is terrible everyone should be fired there and replaced with a better staff. Shame on you sprint big shame. I am never coming back there...
